Order Granting Partial Summary Judgment Affirmed On Appeal

Weber Law is pleased to announce that its attorneys recently obtained a victory for a client through the granting of a motion for partial summary judgment regarding a contract interpretation dispute at the trial court, which was then affirmed on appeal. The issue in the motion and the appeal was the meaning of certain language within a contract.  Aside from the dispute involving the contract at issue in this case, disputes involving contractual language continue to arise in almost every business setting.
