Weber Law, P.A. - Real Estate Litigation and Business Disputes
Weber Law, P.A. is pleased to announce that Steven D. Weber was unanimously elected to serve as an Officer of the Miami Children's Museum's Board of Directors' Executive Committee. Steve will serve as the Secretary. Steve has been involved with the Children's Museum since 2014. Steve previously served as a Member at Large of the Board of Directors and then a Member at Large to the Executive Committee.
The Children's Museum has hosted over 5 million guests, distributed over 50,000 lbs of food to families experiencing food insecurity, awarded 150 camp scholarships to children from at-risk neighborhoods, and served Miami's most impoverished neighborhoods. The Children's Museum was named as one of the "Top 10 Children's Museums in the World" and is one of the preeminent non-profit educational institutions in Miami and the broader United States. The Children's Museum is dedicated to enriching the lives of all children by fostering a love of learning through play and enabling children to realize their highest potential.
Steve said "It is my duty -- and the duty of all those who can -- to serve the community and give back to those less fortunate. I encourage everyone to explore the numerous opportunities to provide contributions that make the Children's Museum's programs possible, including the Children's Museum's many sponsorship opportunities. As a Board Member of Miami Children’s Museum, I know how crucial their transformative educational programming is for the children in our community. Please join me on Oct. 16th for the return of their infamous “Not So Scary Family Halloween Bash”! Not only is it the best family Halloween event in town, but the funds raised directly support the Museum’s ability to provide superior educational opportunities year-round. Purchase tickets before Sept. 30th for “early bat” pricing at: https://tinyurl.com/MiChiMuHalloween
