Summary Judgment Obtained On Federal Securities Claims

Weber Law, P.A. is pleased to announce that its attorneys recently obtained an order granting summary judgment, in favor of the defendants, on the plaintiff's federal securities claims.  The plaintiff commenced the case in federal court. Weber Law, P.A. represented the defendants in the case.  The federal court's order granting summary judgment, in favor of the defendants, on the plaintiff's federal securities claims resulted in the dismissal of the case, as the federal court declined to exercise supplemental jurisdiction on any remaining state law claims.
