Weber Law Successfully Obtains Judgment Notwithstanding The Verdict

In a recent case,  following a three week jury trial, Weber Law successfully obtained a jury verdict on certain claims. Following the jury’s verdict, the parties engaged in motion practice. Now, Weber Law has additionally successfully obtained an order granting Weber Law’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, in Weber Law's clients' favor, as to three additional claims.
