Weber Law Successfully Obtains Order Dismissing Federal Appeal

 In a recent case, Weber Law successfully obtained the dismissal of an appeal from a federal court’s order granting a motion to dismiss. In short, Weber Law served as trial counsel and filed a motion to dismiss the adversary party’s counterclaim. The federal district court granted the motion to dismiss. The adversary party then appealed the dismissal of the counterclaim. Weber Law also served as appellate counsel and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal in the federal circuit court. The appellate court granted Weber Law’s motion to dismiss the appeal.
